Yorokobi means ‘joyous bliss’ in Japanese. Chef Jang aims to serve and provide customers joyous bliss with high-quality fine dining.

Chef Jang, being trained by a chef with 28 years of experience in Japanese food, has worked in numerous highest quality restaurants in Korea and the UK.
